Mario has a true passion for providing a world-class customer experience and believes in the benefit to a companies brand to have an embedded CX program and tools in place that help develop and improve a more customer-centric culture. He believes that when we make every single customer engagement meaningful, impactful and positive, all parties benefit. A great experience, no matter how small, should be meaningful, genuine and simplistic.
Prior to joining Crucible CX Advisors, Mario was a Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank, where he developed high performance teams for over 23 years. With an expansive management background, Mario managed multiple lines of business with a focus on Sales and Customer Service teams. He spearheaded the development and implementation of mission critical process enhancements that were adopted company-wide and saved the organization millions of dollars in potentially lost revenue.
A former world traveler, in his off time Mario finds joy being a special needs advocate. Being the father of a child with special needs has given him a new passion for helping children. Mario also recently developed a simplified parallel bar and a manual tracheotomy tool (patent pending).
